Among the synthetic materials SouthWood uses in sign manufacture are: high density urethane (often as a wood substitute for carved and routed dimensional signs); polyester resins (for casting); PVC sheet and tube (for forming and cut-out applications, among other); photopolymer (for etched and tactile signs such as ADA compliant Braille applications); acrylic and polycarbonate sheeting (for internally lighted sign faces); Corian, Avonite and other solid surface materials (multiple applications)
