As Director of Project Management at SouthWood, Anne Goodson brings more than 20 years of construction project management experience and a strong track record of delivering excellence in collaboration with leading general contractors across the Southeast. She oversees SouthWood’s project management teams with a focus on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and empowering team members to evolve and exceed expectations as the company grows.

Anne holds a Bachelor of Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is known for her balanced leadership style—blending technical expertise with a client-centric mindset. Her ability to align people, processes, and performance ensures projects consistently reach new milestones and deliver exceptional results.

Outside of work, Anne is an avid runner and camper who enjoys time outdoors on the trails of Anne Springs Close Greenway with her daughter, son, and golden retriever, Lucy. She also serves on the Executive Board of Directors for YMCA Camp Thunderbird.
