SouthWood Corporation signs on at Aspen Business Park and Announces New facility located in Rock Hill,South Carolina.

SouthWood Corporation is pleased to announce the opening of a new facility in Rock Hill, South Carolina.We will be leaving the Westinghouse Boulevard location we’ve called home for 37years and building a new facility that will allow us to expand our capacity, push innovation and modernize how we do business.

When we began the process of identifying our future home, we took a look at where our employees live, where we would have access to skilled tradespeople, and where we could get the space that we need to continue thriving in our industry. When SouthWood’s new facility opens later this year, we will look to create a working community that fosters collaboration and provides synergy between our front-of-house operations and our manufacturing team. The goal is to continue to cultivate one of the top working atmospheres in the area.

Over the entirety of Southwood’s 51-year history, we have been passionate about our place in the Charlotte community. By staying within the region, we will look to continue our stewardship locally, while becoming engrained in our new community in Rock Hill. In 2020, SouthWood was proudly designated a VeteranOwned Small Business (VOSB), and we are excited to continue manufacturingAmerican-made products within the Greater Charlotte Region.
