Alice Price, SouthWood’s Director of Preconstruction, brings more than 15 years of experience in custom signage and construction, with a background spanning estimating, operations, production, and project management. Her hands-on understanding of fabrication and installation informs a practical approach to planning, helping align design intent, budgets, and project requirements from the start.

Before joining SouthWood, Alice held leadership roles in architectural signage, overseeing estimating, manufacturing operations, and quality assurance. Her experience includes evaluating complex drawings, developing accurate cost estimates, coordinating vendors, and improving workflows across design and production teams.

At SouthWood, she draws on that breadth of experience to guide preconstruction efforts, identify opportunities for value engineering, and help establish a clear path from concept to installation.

Alice holds a bachelor’s degree from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida.
