Brandon brings nearly three decades of manufacturing and operations experience to SouthWood, with a strong foundation in engineering, quality management, and continuous improvement. His approach combines strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving to strengthen processes, support teams, and deliver consistent results.

Before joining SouthWood, Brandon held leadership roles with Volvo Group and JCB, overseeing operations, engineering, quality, and maintenance. Throughout his career, he has led cross-functional teams through complex challenges, improving production efficiency, reducing costs, and strengthening quality standards. His experience spans everything from managing site operations to implementing systems that help teams work more effectively.

As Director of Operations, Brandon brings that same focus to SouthWood by aligning people and processes, supporting collaboration across departments, and building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. His background in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma informs a practical approach to creating lasting operational improvements.

Brandon holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology from Western Carolina University and an associate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College.
