Director of Project Management
Josh is a strategic and disciplined operations leader with a strong foundation in construction and team development. With seven years of Project Management experience at a respected South Carolina general contracting firm, he brings a results-driven mindset and a proven ability to execute complex initiatives with precision and accountability.
Prior to his work in the construction industry, Josh served 12 years on active duty in the United States Marine Corps as an AH-1Z attack helicopter pilot. He continues to serve in the USMC Reserves, flying both the AH-1Z and UC-35D. His military background instilled the leadership, focus, and proactive problem-solving approach that define his work today.
At SouthWood, Josh is known for building and mentoring high-performing teams while fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. He thrives on developing talent from within, aligning teams around clear goals, and driving operational excellence across the organization.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Tabatha, and their children — Blaze, Elise, Lyla Grace, and Emersyn — working out, and keeping up with the family’s busy schedule of youth sports.
