Brookdale Senior Living contracted with SouthWood to handle the rebranding signage for its portfolio of 1,050 properties in 45 states. This entailed SouthWood to document existing exterior signage at each site, develop a Brookdale Corporate Signage Standards Manual to utilize the newly-created Brookdale Identity, compile a roll-out schedule for this massive resigning, and then manufacture and install signage at every location. Our scope of work included monuments, directionals, regulatory, and informational signage. Each of the 21,000 signs were produced and quality verified in Charlotte, NC.
