SouthWood fabricated and installed all signage and environmental graphics for this unique, 12-acre mixed-use development by Crosland Southeast in partnership with Nuveen Real Estate. The environmental graphics package was designed by 505Design and required close collaboration with our team on multiple exterior and interior customs sign types throughout the new development. Significant preplanning and coordination ensured success on this challenging project on a tight site in the heart of Plaza Midwood. Upon completion, Commonwealth at The Plaza will bring an eclectic mix of old Charlotte and new, providing a 12+ acre walkable community with places to eat, sleep, work, shop, and play.
