Optimist Hall is Charlotte’s first food hall in the Optimist Park neighborhood. The former
textile mill now serves as a hub for restaurants, retail, and office space. Working closely
with White Point Partners and Paces Properties, we have completed many projects for
this popular spot, including illuminated and non-illuminated channel letters, monument
identification signage, parking directionals, painted graphics on the historic smokestack
and light rail building entrance, restroom signage, and blade signage. Our work at
Optimist Hall is still ongoing, as new signage is needed.
