SouthWood partnered with RTP Partners, White Point Partners, RSM Design, and Choate Construction on the dynamic new HUB RTP, located in the heart of North Carolina’s Research Triangle Park.

Our scope included a comprehensive signage package featuring wayfinding systems, branded rooftop and monument signage, and sculptural installations throughout the commercial, retail, and parking areas. One highlight: the vibrant horseshoe sculptures whose colors represent the universities that make up the RTP — a creative nod to the region’s academic roots.

Bringing RSM Design’s ambitious vision to life was a rewarding challenge. From large-scale sculptures and layered wall art to complex, multi-dimensional monument signs, every detail was crafted to make a walk through The Hub a destination in itself.
