We were honored to provide top of tower, monument, parking, and wayfinding signage for The Line, located in the heart of South End in Charlotte, NC. SouthWood was fortunate to work with Portman Holdings, who developed this impressive new mixed-use development. The space is home to 16-stories of office space, a Sky Lobby and outdoor terraces in addition to multiple retail spaces including a Staples, Beach Shack Coffee, and anchor tenant Sycamore Brewing.
