The Exchange is a 14-building office park bordering SouthEnd in Charlotte with a mission to offer a “best in class” office experience for existing and future tenants. SouthWood worked closely with The Dilweg Companies, Perkins & Will, and Barringer Construction for the execution, planning and completion of an interior and exterior signage package. Our work for The Exchange consisted of monuments, architectural fins, suite identification signage, code required signage, digital directories and interior graphics.
