Located in Charlotte’s historic South End, Trolley Barn is a vibrant adaptive reuse project blending retail, dining, and community space. SouthWood partnered on this unique destination to deliver a cohesive signage package that honors the site’s industrial roots while supporting modern tenant needs. Scope included exterior identification signage, ADA-compliant interior signage, and custom environmental graphics—designed and fabricated in-house to create a bold, branded experience from the street to the storefront.
